My wife, children and I have been targeted by a convicted criminal and career fraudster Russell Colin Morgan who has spent time in prison in the UK. He was also recently found guilty of fraud and sentenced by the Court of Terni in Italy, and ordered to pay compensation for funds stolen from us.

Despite this, Morgan (who has now fled Italy to the Costa del Sol, Spain), along with an associate called Ivo Sharpe (based in Cyprus) continue to promote misleading and brazenly fraudulent fast-track residency and citizenship offers via Henry James Associates, Italianresidency.it and other brands.

Morgan has threatened to murder me, my wife Angie, and our children. He has sent gangsters to our home and uses voice calls, texts, messaging, emails and images to menace and terrorise us.

Now, in retaliation for being exposed and convicted, Morgan has published a defamatory website filled with twisted and fabricated claims to discredit us personally and professionally and to intimidate us into silence. It also recklessly publishes identifiable images of our home, placing us at personal risk.

Nevertheless, we continue with our lives and business and we stand firmly by our reputation.
