
BACKGROUND
I’ve spent over 35 years building, scaling, and fixing businesses (including my own) with a consistent focus on one thing: revenue and commercial performance.
I’ve personally built four businesses from zero to multi-million-dollar operations in under 12 months. Not through theory but through practical, hands-on execution across sales, marketing, and commercial structure.
A few examples:
At Western Provident Association (WPA), a UK private medical insurer, I identified a major untapped opportunity and built a new division from scratch recruiting and leading over 250 commission-based salespeople.
Within 2.5 years, that division generated £35.5M (A$70M) in annual recurring income, with £1.75M (A$3.M) earned personally in the process.

With Insurety PLC, I launched a virtual insurance company with just £3,000 (A$6,000).
Within 12 months, I built a 200-strong commission-only sales force across the UK and Ireland, driving £4.5M (A$9M) in revenue in year one.

After selling Quantum, I founded The Alchemy Network, which expanded globally to hundreds of franchisees within three years, helping businesses scale through structured growth, sales optimisation, and replication models.
What sits behind all of this:

Over the years, I’ve mentored, trained, and advised thousands of business consultants, coaches and leaders, many of whom have gone on to become highly successful in their own right.
I’ve also written multiple books, 30+ proprietary sales and marketing manuals, and developed training systems used globally to improve business performance.
